Darko Plazanin was one of the best-known and widely-published haiku poets of Croatia, having published work in more than a dozen countries and in at least eight languages besides his own. He was also an editor and organizer, hosting the Samobor Haiku meetings for 16 years and publishing the resulting anthologies. He also published 5 volumes of his own work. This postscript volume features 19 of his best-known poems in Croatian which have also been translated by several poets into English.
